By using CHAOS: The Party Game, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
You must meet the minimum age for the app's App Store rating, and you confirm you are old enough for mature content. Certain content is intended only for adults (18+).
We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use CHAOS for your own non-commercial entertainment.
CHAOS Pro is available as a one-time purchase (CHAOS Pro Lifetime) or an auto-renewing annual subscription (CHAOS Pro Yearly). Subscriptions renew automatically at the stated price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the period ends. Purchases are processed and managed by Apple; manage or cancel anytime in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled per Apple's policies.
CHAOS lets players enter text and generates content for entertainment. We have zero tolerance for objectionable, abusive, harassing, hateful, or illegal content or behavior. You agree not to submit such content or to harass other players. We may filter content, and you can report objectionable content or abusive users via the in-app report tool or at support@fraktus.ai. We review reports, remove violating content, and may eject or ban abusive users. Any content that sexualizes, endangers, or otherwise harms minors is strictly prohibited and will be acted upon.
Game content is generated by AI for entertainment among adults. It may be unexpected, irreverent, or fictional, and does not represent our views or any advice. You use it at your own discretion.
The CHAOS app, brand, and original content are owned by the publisher. These Terms do not transfer any ownership to you.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the publisher is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Tamil Nadu.
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
